Doctor Meme is a robotic Doctor searching for Memes of all shapes and sizes to create and analyse with his 'Mean Meme Machine' dubbed 'M.E.M.E.' created by KoopaGalaxain.
Originally an in-joke on Wikizilla's now long-dead chatroom (being created by Koopa before the site founded its own selective Discord server), Doctor Meme finally makes a proper appearance in the Season 2 Finale of Council of Creators, Shadow Paradigm.
Appearance[]
Visually, Doctor Meme is a combination of Greenman and Ultraman Nice's alter-ego Doctor E.G., with Doctor Meme wearing the Ultra's scientist outfit. He also wears a black badge with the letter M emblazoned on it in silver.

Doctor Meme is a resident of Universe 1, residing in a neighbouring city to Ustin. After Hokuto Black King activated the merged Portable Universe Devices to rescue Scoobs, a version of Doctor Meme was dragged forward through time from an unknown point in the recent past to the present, ending up in the basement of The Creators' bar, appearing alongside Demon Koopa and after the late Platinum Dove and alternate female Cdr. After exclaiming that he believed timelines and universes were being merged, he faded away after trying to climb the stairs, presumably returned by the merged Portable Universe Devices to his own time to avoid creating a Paradox.
