The first sentence / introduction of your page goes here. This usually just involves such information as the name of your character, who created it and what series / story it featured in or made its first appearance in.
An image is required for the infobox. If you use another person's artwork, make sure you credit them. However, it is preferred that you actually ask them for permission before you use their artwork.
Do not create new infoboxes. Use the NewCharacter infobox template.
Appearance
In this section, you should describe what your character looks like. If your character has multiple forms, you can describe what they look like too. However, it isn't required.
History
This is where you explain your character's origins, history and their involvement in stories they have appeared in. This will be the bulk of your page, and the part most people are going to read, so make sure to try your best to make it a good read! This section is expected to be one paragraph long at the very least, preferably a paragraph longer than this one.
Sub-Heading
You may separate appearances of your character in different stories and events via sub-headings, in order to make a distinction between appearances.
Abilities
This is where you list your character's powers. They should be in list form like this:

Forms
Some characters have multiple forms rather than a singular set of abilities. If this is the case, the "Forms" section replaces the "Abilities" one, however abilities would still be included within the forms.
The best way to organize multiple forms is through tabbers. Below is a shown example. If you need aid with tabbers, you may copy-paste the example from this page onto yours and change it as needed.

- List the abilities of this form here.
Another form your character possesses. You may add more forms as needed.

- An alternate form should have different abilities from a character's first form, which like previously, are listed here.
Other Sections
You can add additional sections as needed such as trivia, etymology (names), personality, and/or a gallery.
- Trivia: Random information regarding your character such as details of its creation process or changes said character has undergone, which do not fit in the other sections. This should be listed.
- Personality: As the title would imply, this is where you would fit your character's personality.
- Name: An explanation behind the origins of your character's name.
- Gallery: A collage of images relating to your character.
